When we each reflect on the improvements we want to make to our own lives; physical, financial, mental
health or the health of an organization, community, relationships, we often fall into actions that are more
reactive that reflective. We want to skip the “summer months” that mature us, challenge and prepare us, to get to the point of harvesting a lasting desired outcome.
This fall as you pass the fields, see the farmers harvesting the crops that took time and investment to
get to the point of reaping, consider what reflective pause is needed in your life to harvest a healthy
outcome that lasts.
