You were most likely able to read this statement with ease. The key was each word had its first and last letter in place, reference points for our brain.
The encouraging news is even when the letters in the middle of a word are scrambled they can still make sense as a whole because the start and end were reference points.
My guess is this year, like each year in the past will have moments and experiences that we interpret as a scrambled mess and possibly difficult.
We start a new year with resolutions/goals and by February (or even to-day), we are discouraged by the disarray of “letters” in the middle of the word. Here is the option we face: focus on the two reference points and do the next right thing or dwell on the porbelm.
Our wish to you this new year is that the “mdilde” letters of each day this year might be perceived as opportunities to create healthier living where you live, work, play and learn!
